You may not know it, but you are standing in a unique watershed. Wisconsin, like any other part of this planet, contains various watersheds, a drainage system in which waters from springs, creeks, and rivers flow together. Knowing the nature of these watersheds is an important part of natural resource management and cultivating a sense of place.
