The Facilities Administration staff is responsible for the operation of the computerized work order managemnet system, the scheduling of maintenance, the close-out of completed work orders, the preperation and submission of monthly charge-back billing, the administration of the Fleet Vehicle Program, the preperation of reports, and the purchasing of all supplies and materials.
