Step 3: Apply for Admission

Make sure to apply through the EXCEL Center not the regular Admissions Office process!

After a successful transcript review, submit the Add-On Licensure Program application for acceptance into the program. A final determination of your individualized course plan will be developed for the license you want to obtain.

"As a mid-career professional seeking to return to teach in the classroom, I was thrilled to learn of UW Oshkosh's EXCEL Center! The Add-on Licensure program was a perfect fit for me! The staff is wonderful in helping me to achieve my goals. By adding additional licenses to my Broad Field Social Studies degree, I am more marketable to school districts.
