The EXCEL Center, established in 2009, continues to extend UW Oshkosh’s College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) dedication to teacher preparation through the Add-On Licensure Program for those interested in enhancing their educational careers.
High quality professional development opportunities are available to teachers throughout the state of Wisconsin through the Add-On Licensure Program for currently licensed teachers.
