UWO's Titan Jobs is a great resource for finding jobs and internships. Learn the system and check back regularly!
Instructions for accessing Titan Jobs
Once in your Titan Job site:
Click on “Jobs” in the horizontal line, and then “Job Search”
While searching jobs & internships, there are various categories that can help you find relevant listings. These can be used singly or in combination. You can expect to find listings that are not relevant, but with experience in using the categories you will learn what categories work best for you.
- Employer Category: Environmental
- Job Category: Life/Physical/Social/Environmental Science
- Major: Environmental Studies
- Click add/remove
- Click All Majors (hit the + sign next to it)
- Click Letters & Science (hit the + sign next to it)
- Click Environmental Studies
- Keywords: environmental, ecological, ecology, natural, park, ranger, restoration, stewardship, wildlife
- Position Type: Co-op/Intern (for internships)
Once you have entered the criteria (one or several in combination), hit "Search" at the bottom of the screen.You'll get a listing of current openings.
If you want to receive automatic notifications about new jobs and internships in any of these categories or combination of categories, after you click “Search” then click “Create Job Agent” on the right, enter a name, and hit save. You can create multiple Job Agents, depending on the criteria you specify.
