State parks, national wildlife refuges, and other public areas always need volunteers for invasive species control, trail maintenance, and special events. A great way to serve, learn, and network.

Peninsula State Park 

Peninsula State Park is able to offer unpaid volunteer and/or internship opportunities this spring/summer/fall. Students would be able to work on a variety of projects including but not limited to the following -
 *  Invasive Species Removal
 *  Shoreline Restoration
 *  Graphic/Media work
 *  Historical/Interpretive services
 *  Trail Improvement Projects
 *  Park Improvement Projects
 *  Park administrative work - office filling, clerical, volunteer visitor services etc...
