The field of study for this position is quite open. It could be conservation biologist, natural resource scientist, environmental geochemist, toxicologist, or other fields appropriate for our program and university.
As an interdisciplinary program rather than a disciplinary department, our faculty are appointed to both the ES program and a department. While the ES program hires the candidate, the tenure home for the candidate will be one of the following four disciplinary departments:
