UW Colleges FVTC WTCS CMN Articulation Agreement Between University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Nursing and College of Menominee Nation To facilitate educational mobility for those who have completed the Associate Degree Pre-Nursing Program at the College of Menominee Nation ("CMN') and transferring to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh School of Nursing ("UW-Oshkosh"), the schools agree as follows. I. Transfer Courses The following courses have equivalent competencies or can be substituted for course requirements for the BSN Degree Program at UW-Oshkosh. ADMISSION Admission to the UW-Oshkosh College of Nursing is contingent upon meeting admission requirements. III. MISCELLANEOUS This agreement is effective until the official representatives of either of the schools listed above or the University of Wisconsin indicate in writing that the agreement is terminated. This agreement subject to review if the curriculum is revised by either school. The school initiating curriculum revision(s) must notify the other school in writing, at least 30 days before the revision(s), to the following administrator.
