Free Speech on Campus
Course: WBIS 188
Section: 023, 026, 027, 034
Our country's founders passed down to us certain liberties guaranteed in the first amendment, declaration of independence, and other documents. Today these rights may be threatened, even in an era of pluralism and tolerance. This course will examine free speech issues in the campus community and beyond, and will encourage students to explore their role in engaging their communities to ensure these rights for future generations.
