Description:

 This course will provide a graduate-level background in advances in composition theory over the past several decades. We will cover a range of topics, including rhetorical and linguistics theory, writing processes, assigning and responding to writing, and multimedia literacy. The class will be of special interest to students who teach or aspire to teach college-level writing in university, technical college, or high school settings.
