One of my most cherished memories at UW Oshkosh was participating in Homecoming and Winter Carnival activities and events.
It is difficult for me to convey just one memory, and in just one paragraph, as I have many memories of my four years at UWO that I cherish.
As part of a UWO Homecoming parade, my pledge class and I acted as the “horses” for pulling a wagon down Main Street filled with our future fraternity brothers who were eating brats and drinking beer.
The weekend of Oct. 12–14 offers something for the entire UW Oshkosh community during A Titan Throwback Homecoming 2012, as well as some extra special events for former Greek alumni with the first-ever All-Greek Reunion.
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumni took a walk down memory lane and shared their favorite experiences from campus life as part of the University’s first-ever Alumni Memories Project.
All alumni who took part in a University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Greek organization are invited back to campus for a first-ever All-Greek reunion Oct. 12-14, as part of Homecoming 2012. Pledge today to attend the weekend full of events, including an all-Greek celebration at Reeve Memorial Union Ballroom and a continental breakfast.

Coming home: To celebrate its 50th-anniversary “golden jubilee,” the Oshkosh Normal School organized its first Homecoming in 1921. In addition to a sold-out football game and a dance, the event featured an estimated 600 alumni — representing at least 44 different graduating classes — who returned to Oshkosh for reunions.
Despite the dreary weather, alumni, faculty, staff and students turned out to celebrate Titans Around the World Homecoming 2010 in October.
