Haven’t got a Clue how to reconnect with fellow alumni? Get back in the Game of Life at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Homecoming 2011.
Join the UW Oshkosh campus community for a mix of traditional and new activities Oct. 21–22, beginning with the Alumni Association Awards Dinner Friday night at 5 p.m. in Reeve Memorial Union.
“We have a wide array of family-friendly events planned on campus this year. The board-game theme ‘U Game?’ will offer something fun for everyone,” said UW Oshkosh Alumni Director Christine Gantner. “We are especially excited about our return to Pollock Alumni House for the Saturday morning kick-off activities. We are hoping alumni of all ages consider returning home to UW Oshkosh this year.”
Remember, it won’t be a Trivial Pursuit, as alumni join with the campus community for the celebration. So, use your Cranium and head to UW Oshkosh Oct. 21–22, 2011. You won’t be Sorry!
Saturday, Oct. 22
9:30–11 a.m.
Continental Breakfast and Open House, Pollock Alumni House, 765 Algoma Blvd. Tours of the new academic building Sage Hall available.
11 a.m.
Tour de Titan 3 Bike Ride, line up and depart from Pollock Alumni
House. Ride ends at Tent City on Josslyn Street.
11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Pregame celebration at Tent City, on the south side of the Oshkosh Sports Complex, Josslyn Street. Enjoy free food, refreshments and live music.
1:30 p.m.
UW Oshkosh football game vs. UW–Whitewater, J. J. Keller Field at Oshkosh Sports Complex. Tickets available on site.
After the Game
Fifth Quarter, Hilton Garden Inn, 1355 W. 20th Ave. Enjoy complimentary refreshments.
