Earth Charter - UW Oshkosh and Community
Earth Charter Community Summit 2003
Dates: October 11-17
The 2003 Summit will again be a week-long event, and will again include a Green Fair. External sponsorship has been sought for the first time, and a galaxy of outstanding speakers will be present. A new feature will be a Youth Summit, aimed at 5th-6th graders. This event will, we hope, initiate a strong link between the schools, the Earth Charter, and the university. Another innovation this year is a concert to close the Summit. For details of this and all our superb speakers, please see the 2003 program .This event will be sponsored by the Chancellor’s Office at UW Oshkosh, the UW Oshkosh Foundation, Wisconsin Public Service, and others as yet unidentified.
