Charge--To advise the Director of the Employee Assistance Program regarding the offering of services intended to assist faculty, academic staff, and classified staff whose job performance is being adversely affected by cultural, physical, social or psychological problems.

| A Quality Assurance committee will be convened as needed, to assist the EAP Director on a periodic basis with development and implementation of needs assessment surveys and program review. Membership in the QA committee will be drawn from the Advisory Board and Public Relations committees. | |
