Join the Club!

UW Oshkosh has purchased a new dragon boat that is now on site year round at the Aquatic Center on campus.  This exciting development now offers members of our community an opportunity to paddle on a regular basis.  A new Dragon Boat Club is forming, with its first organizational meeting on Tuesday, September 30th at 5 p.m. at the Aquatic Center on campus.  There will be information presented about the club, followed by selection of an organizational committee to write constitution and bylaws.  After the meeting there will be an opportunity to stay and paddle.

Annual membership cost is $50 which will go to support the club activities.  The club is open to anyone, and the purpose is to allow members an opportunity to paddle regularly, to form competitive teams if desired, and to promote the sport of dragon boat racing.
