12 p.m. Chinese Cultural Dancing
La Mei Zi

The dance is called La Mei Zi - Translated:
Spicy Girl. This is a dance specific to the Sichuan Province, which is known world wide for it's spicy
food. It is about a girl who likes to eat very spicy
food. When she goes out, she usually brings her own peppers in case there is nothing available. The pepper makes her sweat and her sweat is hot. The pepper and makes her eyes tear and her tears are hot. The pepper makes her sing, and her song is hot.
Traditional Taiwanese Dancing
NEWisconsin Families with Children from China
The NEWisconsin Families with Children from China (NEW FCC) Chinese Dance Troupe will perform a traditional Taiwanese dance called Ali Shan De Guniang: The Girl from Ali Mountain. The girl belongs to one of the tribes which inhabited Taiwan before the Chinese arrived. The Malay minority still reside in the mountainous region of central Taiwan with Mt. Ali located in the central mountain range. The song's lyrics translated is: Green is high
mountain; Blue is the high mountain stream; the girl of Ali Mountain is pretty as the water. The youth of Ali Mountain is strong as the mountain. Mountain forever green. Water forever blue. The girl and that youth never will be parted--like the blue water flows around the green mountain.
12:10 p.m. Martian Arts Demonstration
American Black Belt Academy
American Black Belt Academy (ABBA) is Oshkosh’s oldest not-for-profit martial arts center. The school, which recently moved to 208 N. State, is lead by Sandy Swartwood, 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and Tom Swartwood, 5th degree black belt in Hapkido. Their curriculum also includes Inayan Eskrima and Yoga.
Students from ABBA’s Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido will demonstrate key aspects of their training. The performance begins with basic warm-up, punching, kicking and blocking techniques. These will be followed by more advanced elements including forms, self-defense, sparring, board-breaking and traditional martial arts.
1-2 p.m. Balloon Creations
"Buster" the Clown
Children will be able to chat with Buster and take home their own balloon creation.
12-3 p.m. Arts & Crafts Area

Chinese Art: Chinese Paper Cutting, Chinese Knot Tying and Paper Fans
Lavender Alchemy Farm
This ten-acre organic farm, specializing in tomatoes, garlic, and flowers, and eggs uses sustainable land practices and sponsosr charitable community events including annual Fall Harvest Party for Webster Stanley Elementary School.

1 p.m. The Comedy Magic of Mike
Mike Schroeder
The Comedy Magic of Mike is quickly emerging as one of the top magic acts in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest. Mike stepped on the national stage in 2002, when he recreated Houdini's Suspended Straightjacket Escape to officially unveil the Harry Houdini postage stamp. Since that time. Mike has continues to peform both locally and nationally. He has has also been featured on the worldwide television broadcast of Franz Harary's Magic Planet where he made a car appear from thin air.

"Buster" the clown
Happi-ness Clowns
Children and adults will delight in Buster as he performs skits, magic (including the use of doves), and juggling to round off the day's events.
