Entry Fees:

The complete entry fee is comprised of a team registration fee plus a fee for a space in the athlete's village. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be accepted to reserve your place and guarantee the early registration rate. The remaining balance is due July 1.

Registration:
Returning team registration (register by May 1): email promo rate
Early registration (on or before July 1): @ $900.00/team
Late registration (after July 1) @ $1000.00/team

Registration fee includes one 10 x 10 team tent and space, a designated practice session, official Dragon boat tee-shirts for all team members, admission to paddle party, and 3 heats on race day. We race - rain or shine. Carry-in Policy applies.

Payment & Refund Policy:

• Failure to pay fees on time or file requisite documents or information on time shall result in termination of registration subject to the discretion of The Oshkosh Dragonboat Festival.
• Teams withdrawing from the event after registering must submit notice in writing prior to July 1 of the current year.
• All registration fees and deposits are non-refundable notwithstanding termination of team registration, team cancellation or disqualification, race cancellation, race re-scheduling, or any other reason.

Team space in athlete's village:
A 10 x 10 gathering space and tent is included in the registration fee.
