I was hired by State Farm in 1988 to sell and service insurance products. State Farm granted me an independent contract in 1992. Over time State Farm added Financial Services.
My business has flourished. What I lack was taking time to track revenue and expenses. I feel my job is to service the public but I really also should be running a business. My point is I had no clue how to do what I wanted done.
I told justin what I wanted and he did it. Below are some details.

State Farm’s district management was seeking away to track cost per lead /per sale with the software/data State Farm agents use. I was looking for someone to take control and switch my revenue and expense to quicken 2010 with very detailed sub categories. To help track trends. Could not of have been better timing. Justin switched all revenue and expenses over to quicken 2010 . He then met with the district manager and continues to help set up the excel doc to track cost per lead/ sale for marketing purpose. The district manager also decided to use my business as one of the four test business for agents to come up with a good net income percentage, employee cost percentage and so on. This will be presented to the district in 9/2012. Justin is working with the district manager to come up with the numbers on my business. This will allow all State Farm Agents to submit a better business plan annually to State Farm.

O and he has the skills to talk to the public and sit with clients. Not an easy task now a days!
