Officer Kathy Kemp

Officer Kathy Kemp was hired by the U.W. Oshkosh Police Department in 2003. Officer Kemp has prior experience with the Capital Police as a patrol officer and detective as well as the Washington County Sheriff’s Office as a patrol deputy. She is a highly skilled and experienced officer and has proven to be a valuable asset to our agency.

Officer Kemo currently works on the evening shift shift (5 P.M. - 3 A.M.). Officer Kemp has shown a high level of dedication and professionalism in her assignments and duties in our department.
