Titan Web e-Grading Calendars
Grade Roster Availability and Submission Deadlines
The Registrar’s Office controls the availability of grade rosters on Titan Web. To ensure that the grade rosters are as complete as possible (e.g., adding/dropping classes finished), rosters are created toward the end of sessions in the term. It is critical that deadline dates for submitting grades be met, as late submissions can have a negative impact on certain academic actions or processes (i.e., Academic Standing, Honor Roll/Dean’s List). Furthermore, access to the grade rosters will be removed from instructors if grades are not recorded by deadline dates, and grading access will be restored only after written approval of the Dean of the College and Registrar.

e-Grading Demonstrations
The Registrar’s Office assumes users of the Titan Web e-Grading system have basic knowledge of web browsers and basic computer skills. If you do not possess such skills, please contact the Office of Training and User Support at 920-424-3010 or email chartre@uwosh.edu to locate appropriate learning resources.
There is no e-Grading classroom training for instructors. However, the Registrar’s Office will periodically offer e-Grading demonstrations. The Registrar's Office will announce demo dates/times via university e-mail to faculty and instructional staff. These demos will cover the features of e-Grading, focusing on recording and submitting grades and potential problems encountered. If you are an instructor new to campus, or you just need an e-Grading refresher, plan to attend an e-Grading demonstration.
If preferred, individual departmental demos can be scheduled by calling the Registrar’s Office (0495). Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow adequate preparation.
Under special circumstances, staff in the Registrar's Office will be available for one-on-one e-Grading assistance. Call (920) 424-1199 or 0495, stop in Dempsey 142, or email twgrades@uwosh.edu to set up an appointment.
