Practical Experience
Practical experience applying I/O psychology to real issues in real organizations is an important part of the program. This involves applied practical experience is accomplished through a yearlong practicum course, internships and occasional consulting opportunities with faculty.
Practicum
Practicum is a yearlong, skill-building activity in which students apply what they have learned in the classroom to business settings. These are structured as consulting projects that are supervised by faculty. Some of the recent practicum placements include:
