How to Apply
The deadline for all application materials is MARCH 15 for the following Fall semester.
- Complete the online Application for Admission to the Graduate School here.
Or print and complete the form here.
- Download, print, and provide your three references with the Letter of Recommendation form. Your references should send the completed forms to the address below.
- Sign up to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and send scores to UW Oshkosh (institution code is 1916).
- Have official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended sent to the address below.
- Write and submit a personal statement (two to three typed pages). This statement should describe how you became interested in the field, specific areas of interest and future goals. Send this statement to the address below.
- If you are interested in applying for a graduate assistantship complete the form that is located here and send it to the address below.
