AMY HARTMAN, flute, is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree studying with Maurice Sharp. She received a Master of Music degree from Northwestern University, where she studied with Walfrid Kujala. Ms. Hartman has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Grant Park Symphony Orchestra, the Wichita Symphony Orchestra, the Chicago Sinfonietta, the Fulcrum Point New Music project, Luciano Pavarotti, Michael Crawford, Art Garfunkel, Amy Grant, Johnny Mathis, the Beach Boys, Jewel, Chick Corea, Il Divo, and many others. She is currently on the faculties of UW-Oshkosh and Lakeland College, and has taught at UW-Milwaukee, DePaul University, and Harper College. CAROL ROSING (bassoon/contrabassoon) is a native of Portage, WI. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in Bassoon Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying with Richard Lottridge and a Master's Degree and Professional Studies Degree in Bassoon Performance at the Manhattan School of Music, where she studied with David Carroll and Frank Morelli, respectively. Carol is currently the principal bassoonist in the Oshkosh Symphony and in the Beloit/Janesville Symphony, and is the contrabassoonist in the Madison Symphony. In addition, she has performed with the Milwaukee Symphony, the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra, the Green Bay Symphony, the Fox Valley Symphony, the Dubuque Symphony, and the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. In addition to teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Carol is also on the faculties at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and at Beloit College and maintains a large private teaching studio
EVERETT GOODWIN, violin and viola, received a Bachelor of Music in violin performance from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He received a Masters of Fine Arts degree from Carnegie-Mellon University where he studied violin with Sidney Harth. He has been concertmaster of the Oshkosh Symphony and directed the UW Oshkosh Suzuki program for 24 years. Everett is a private violin teacher and is a nationally known Suzuki clinician.
