COURSE COVERAGE: We will cover the following topics:
Chapter 1 … Graphs, Functions and Models
Chapter 2 … Modeling with Linear and Quadratic Functions
Chapter 3 … Polynomial and Rational Functions
Chapter 4 … Exponential and Logarithmic Functions
EXAMS: Three one-hour exams + one final exam.

QUIZZES: You will be responsible for quizzes from time-to-time. These will generally be announced ahead of time, but this aspect is not necessary.
HOMEWORK: Some problems will be suggested. Some problems will be collected to be graded; these will usually involve the calculator assignments.
QUIZZ MAKE-UPS: There will be NO make-ups on quizzes.
TEST MAKE-UPS: Make-ups for missed tests will be available. If you are not able to make a scheduled test and expect to get any consideration with respect to a make-up, I should be notified in advance.
