The Group Study Room is on the 2nd floor of Polk Library on the North side of the building. The entrance to the room is near the low Oversize book shelves.

Statement of User Responsibility for 205D Polk Library Group Study Room
	You are the responsible person for Polk 205D and hold a valid UW Oshkosh University identification card. BRING YOUR TITANCARD WITH YOU when you come to check out the key.
	You understand that the group study room key will be checked out to you. The key must be returned when you leave the room. Late fees are $10 per hour. Lost key and lock replacement fees are $50.
	As the student who is checking out a Group Study Room key, you accept full responsibility for any damage incurred while the room is in your custody.
	You understand that 3-15 individuals can use the group study room.
	You understand that the room is not soundproof and your group needs to be considerate of others.
	You understand you should not leave belongings unattended. The Library is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
	You understand that all equipment (computers, fans, lights) should be turned off when you leave
