| Diversity Activities in Spring 2009
The Department of Journalism was a co-sponsor and provided financial support for a visit by Dr. Jean Kilbourne. She spoke on the topic of "Eating Our Hearts Out: The Obsession With Thinness" at a campus-wide event on April 30, 2009, in Reeve Union.
Sessions on diversity again were offered during the NEWSPA conference in April 2009. |
