ASSISTANCE AND EMERGENCY REFERRALS
Try to stay as calm as possible. If needed, find someone to stay with the employee while you call the appropriate agency. For employees expressing a direct threat to themselves or others, or for employees acting in bizarre, highly irrational or disruptive ways, act as quickly as possible.

- Ambulance
- Oshkosh Police
And Notify your Supervisor.
If the danger is not immediate but imminent, notify your supervisor and take appropriate action.
