How to Make an Appointment
Appointments
Students may schedule an appointment by calling or stopping by the Counseling Center during the office hours. Every attempt is made to schedule appointments as soon as possible, usually within a day or two from the time of the request. During times of heavy demand, however, students may have to wait longer, especially if they wish to meet with a particular staff member.
Barb and Bette are the first people you will see or talk to when you call or stop by the Counseling Center. They are committed to helping you feel welcome and comfortable, to answer your questions, and to assist you with making appointments.

Every effort will be made to accommodate students as soon as possible, when they identify a concern as an emergency.

Hours
The Counseling Center is open during semesters from
Monday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
All other times our schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
