BlockTree
The blocktree.zip file contains source code, documentation, and a build script for the BlockTree software. You will need Java 1.5 or 1.6 to run BlockTree and Apache Ant to build the Java class libraries used by BlockTree
The Blocktree project grew out of Andrew Jungwirth's senior research project. Here's the paper describing that project as presented at the 2007 FLAIRS Conference by David Furcy, Andrew, and Tom Naps.
