CASHIER'S OFFICE

The Cashier's Office collects payment for tuition/fees and departmental invoices. It receives for deposit, funds collected by other university departments for sales and services.

After Hours payments may be made in the night depository box on the wall directly next to the Cashier's window in the hallway.

This office disburses financial aid checks. Financial aid checks include Advanced Opportunity Grant (AOP), Bureau of Indian Affairs Grant (BIA), Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG), Lawton Undergraduate Minority Retention Grant, Talent Incentive Program (TIP), Wisconsin Higher Education Grant (WHEG), Wisconsin Native American Student Grant, Federal Perkins Loan, Nursing Student Loan, Federal Stafford Loan, Minority Teacher Forgivable Loan and scholarship checks. Parent Loan for Undergraduate Student (PLUS) checks are mailed by this office to the parent.

It disburses short term loans and petty cash fund. 

You can not cash a student check here, that must be done at the Credit Union in Reeve.
