Methods of payment the Cashiers Office accepts are:

• Cash

• Personal check

• Cashier's check

• Money order

• Travelers check

Make all checks payable to UW-Oshkosh, write ID# or SSN or Invoice# on front of all checks.

• Credit card: The Cashiers Office at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh does not  accept credit card payments at the window, through the mail or over the telephone. Credit card and e-check payments can only be made on our web-based payment system that is linked through the Titan Web page.  MasterCard and American Express will be the only credit cards accepted.  Visa is not accepted for tuition and fees.

If you are mailing your payment of tuition/fee bill, send the top portion of your "Statement of Account." If you are mailing payment for a departmental invoice, send a copy of the invoice.  To give proper credit, all payments should include the student's full name, ID# or SSN, or invoice/reference number.

DO NOT send cash through mail.
