Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Engagement & Success/Dean of Students Dr. Kipetz provides oversight and leadership for the Dean of Students Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Health Center, and Counseling Center. She is Co-chair of the Student At Risk Response Team (SARRT), Chair of the Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Committee, and is a member of the Victims Services Team. She has a bachelor's degree from Western New England College, and a Master's and Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Sharon was born and raised in Massachusetts and enjoys traveling, (especially off the main roads), knitting, gardening, and spending time with her two dogs. |

Assistant Dean of Students Terri Gohmann is the primary coordinator for the Student Discipline Code, handling both nonacademic and academic misconduct. She also serves on the Student At Risk Response Team (SARRT), chairs the Victim Services Team, and assists with medical withdrawals. Terri has her Bachelor's degree from Wheeling Jesuit University and her M.S. Ed. from Indiana University in Bloomington. She was raised in Kentucky, but has been a Wisconsinite since 1983. Terri's interests include kayaking, camping, gardening, playing with her dogs, volunteering in the community, traveling, and cross-country skiing. She enjoys just about any outdoor activity! |

Assistant Dean of Students Debbie's primary responsibility is working with Odyssey, the new student orientation. She also assists with the Code of Conduct process, medical withdrawals and late drops. Originally from Iowa, she has lived in Wisconsin since 1995. She is married with two children. She loves to shop, watch the Iowa Hawkeyes play, and spend time with her children. |

Assistant Dean and Coordinator of Services for Students with Disabilities Jim returned to UW Oshkosh after graduating with his Bachelor's degree in psychology in 1993. Since that time, he has earned his MA in Counseling and Student Affairs from Eastern Michigan University and his Ph.D. in Educational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. Jim has over 10 years of experience in residence life and judicial affairs and joins the Dean of Students Office as Assistant Dean and Coordinator of Services for Students with Disabilities. Jim also advises the Student Allocations Committee and advises Golden Key International Honor Society. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening and landscaping projects, volunteering at his church and in the community, and exploring the state of Wisconsin with his wife Michele and two children, Evan and Matthew. |

Assistant Dean of Students Email: reddickr@uwosh.edu Dr. Rinardo Reddick hails from the great state of North Carolina where he completed a BA in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations from East Carolina University and a MA degree from Appalachian State University in College Student Development. In addition, Dr. Reddick earned a Ph.D. from Iowa State University with a focus in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. He has worked in Higher Education for more than 10 years, mainly in the areas of Residence Life, Judicial Affairs, Multicultural Programming and the GLBTQIQ community. Dr. Reddick's areas of focus in the Dean of Students Office are nonacademic and academic misconduct, and the Student at Risk Response Team (SARRT). He also serves on the Victim Services Team and assists with medical withdrawals and Odyssey. In his spare time, Dr. Reddick enjoys being active in recreational sports, weight lifting, biking, traveling, cooking, dancing, and hosting game nights. |

University Services Associate Amanda is responsible for insuring correct and timely implementation of approved accommodations for students with disabilities. She works closely with the Testing Center, proctors, and faculty/staff to implement proctoring services as well as with the Bookstore and numerous publishers in obtaining electronic textbooks. She also serves as recording secretary for the ADA Advisory Committee. |
Buzz Bares |

Buzz Bares assists in the Dean of Students Office with student conduct and behavioral health issues. She also serves on the Students At Risk Response Team (SARRT) and the Victim Services Team. Buzz has worked at UW Oshkosh for 25 years, primarily in the Residence Life Department. Buzz enjoys riding and showing horses, and volunteering with 4-H and the high school equestrian team. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Toby, and their three children, Ellie, Katie and Ricky. |
