Dean of Students
Jim serves on various campus committees including Retention, Recruitment, Student Affairs Assessment Team, and the ADA Committee. In the community of Oshkosh, Jim serves on the Winnebago County Conflict Resolution Center’s Board, Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Board and on the Leadership Oshkosh Board. In July 2000, he became chair of the Trustees for the Research and Educational Foundation of the Association of College and University Officers International. Jim enjoys traveling, gardening, photography, and family activities.
 
Terri Arnold picture
Terri Arnold, M.S. Ed.

Assistant Dean of Students

Terri is the primary coordinator for the Student Discipline Code. She also advises the Order of Omega, a national Greek leadership honor society. Originally from Kentucky, Terri lived in West Virginia and Indiana before settling in Wisconsin in 1983.  Her interests include kayaking, canoeing, backpacking, camping and cross-country skiing. She enjoys just about any outdoor activity!

Assistant Dean of Students

Debbie's primary responsibility is working with Odyssey, the new student orientation. She also assists with the Code of Conduct process and medical withdrawals. Originally from Iowa, she has lived in Wisconsin since 1995. She is married with two children. She loves to shop, watch the Iowa Hawkeyes play, and spend time with her children.
John Palmer picture

Assistant Dean of Students
John's primary responsibility is Coordinator of Services for Students with Disabilities and advising the Student Allocations Committee. Originally from Illinois, John has lived in Wisconsin since 1994. He enjoys the outdoors, movies, antiques, architecture, and history.

Office Manager and Odyssey Manager

Ellie is the office manager and Odyssey manager in the Dean of Students Office. Ellie has been with the office since 1994. She is the mom of three grown children, three great "children-in-laws," and five beautiful grandchildren. Ellie enjoys boating, reading and spending as much time as possible spoiling her grandchildren!


 
Diana Wolff picture

AODA Coordinator
Diana serves as a resource on campus for AODA issues (alcohol and other drug abuse), runs the alcohol sanctioning programs, serves on the AODA Committee, coordinates new AODA efforts, and collaborates with other departments on campus. She is a “non-practicing engineer”, and earned a Counseling degree in 2004. Away from work, Diana performs with musical groups in the Fox Valley area, and enjoys home remodeling projects and outdoor activities.

Shaune assists students with Disability Services and provides assistance with the Dean of Students daily activity. She enjoys spending time with her 4 children and family. In her spare time she enjoys cross-stitch, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and weekends at the camper.

Receptionist
Sue is kept busy answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting guests. Her goal is to keep the files organized and the candy jar filled. Sue is married to Tom (who also works on campus) and together they have two children and a spoiled cock-a-poo. Sue loves shopping, cooking, reading and going to movies with her family.
