If you need help with a specific course, please give us your 7-digit course OU# when emailing or calling. The OU# (organizational unit number) is a unique identifier D2L creates for your course. It is not the same as the 5-digit course number used by TitanWeb/Peoplesoft. You can find the OU# in two places.

Browser Address Bar

  • Go to your course.
  • Look at the address (URL) at the top of the browser window.
  • The 7-digit OU# is at the very end of the long course URL. (Be sure you are in your course; the OU# for the homepage/MyHome is 7061.)
OU# 2

Course Information (Instructors Only)

  • Go to your course.
  • Click Edit Course in the upper right corner.
  • Click "Course Offering Information".
  • The 7-digit OU# is part of the Course Offering Path.
