Kim has been employed at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh since 1999.  She started in the Administrative Services area as an Assistant Cashier and then held the position of a Grants Accountant.  Currently, she is serving as the Budget Coordinator for the Division of Lifelong Learning and Community Engagement along with being the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for LLCE.

Kim participated in the Classified Staff Team Building and Professional Development Leadership Training Program (2003-2004), the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Diversity Council (2006-2008), Gatekeeper Training to Help Students in Distress (2008), and served as Treasurer for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Omega Kappa Chapter of the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society for Nontraditional Students (2009-2010).  She was elected to the Classified Staff Advisory Council in 2010.

Kim is married, has two daughters and a granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and traveling.
