Dana Hartel - September 2012
Congratulations Dana!
The STAR Award recipient for the month of September is Dana Hartel, Parking Services Office operations associate.
Dana was nominated by Joe Blohm, Director of Parking Services. Blohm stated, "In a relatively short period of time, Dana had to learn Nancy's (retired) job duties, assume most of them AND train a Limited Term Employee to do her job." Blohm goes on to say that the office also implemented a new management system which required migrating old information into the new system. Dana was a more than a team leader during that time!
