Outstanding Performance
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh recognizes the contributions of classified staff, limited-term employees and project appointment employees by selecting individuals for an Outstanding Performance Award. The Award recognizes excellence in providing service to the University community and emphasizes its importance to the academic environment and overall reputation of the University as a whole.

Richard H. Wells
The Classified Staff Advisory Council Richard H. Wells Star Award celebrates the character, passion, and commitment of non-classified faculty and staff who have supported the advancement of UW Oshkosh Classified Staff.

Grants
Classified Staff Grant Program
To receive a grant, you must be currently employed at UW Oshkosh as a permanent classified staff member (including non-represented employees), and have completed at least one, continuous year of employment at UW Oshkosh. Grants are intended solely for noncredit conferences, seminars and workshops (hereinafter referred to as an event). The maximum grant to be awarded is $100.

Sally Margis Classified Staff professional Development Fund
The Sally Margis Classified Staff Professional Development Fund is a grant available to classified staff members. Annette Blanchette ’60, who served UW—River Falls as a classified staff member for 32 years, started this fund to help classified staff “Jumpstart a dream…” and achieve their personal and professional goals.
