Classified Staff Leadership Series

The Classified Staff Advisory Council is proud to sponsor the Classified Staff Staff Leadership Series.

The original program, entitled the Team-building & Personal Development Program, began in 2004 and consisted of eight interactive workshops led by guest speakers. Each year, approximately 25 classified staff members were selected to participante in workshops covering skills such as self-management, change adaptation, effective communication, work environments, problem solving and leadership. The program culminated with a recognition dinner for participants and their family members, supervisors, and included all of the guest speakers.

The program has been restructured for the 2008-2009 academic year and renamed the Classified Staff Leadership Series. The following is an outline of the series:

Each session will also include time for group interaction
