Barb Kargus

Barb has been employed at the UW Oshkosh Counseling Center for 22 years, starting out as a part time employee with a job title of “typist” whose duties have evolved into that as office manager for the Center.  She is a member of the Quality Circle for the Division of Student Affairs and completed the Classified Staff Team-building & Personal Development Program.  She joined CSAC in 2007 and is a member of the Awards and Recognition Committee. 

Barb was born and raised in Oshkosh.  She and her husband, Greg, enjoy most outdoor activities, boating, riding their Harley, getting together with friends and taking care of two Springer spaniels  They also try to spend as much time as possible with their two grown daughters.
