When things need doing Leanne Monroe gets busy. "She sees a job and does it," said assistant coach and athletics marketing director Kris Schoonover. "She doesn't have to be asked."

For intramurals director, Terry Barth, Leanne does better than that; she volunteers to help because intramurals does not have a program assistant. "In this day and age, when people ask how much do I get for helping, Leanne stands alone as a person who does something for the good of all and not personal gain," Barth said.

Leanne's duties include organizing 21 sports, and schedules more than 50 students to work at athletic events. Schoonover said, "She is the most hard working, pleasant person, and our department and campus are lucky to have her."
