Mobile Internet Banking (MIB) is up and running!  What is MIB?  It's like online banking - only better!

  • It works with any cell phone capable of sending and receiving txt messages

  • No internet connection or PC needed after initial set up

  • Get account balances, account history, make transfers and more!

  • Will only respond to requests from the cell phone registered, and will only send information to the cell phone registered.

Click here for a printable pdf with sign up information, txt commands, fees and possible security issues.

Want to sign up?  Log into your home banking account, make sure you have your cell phone with you, click on the MIB link on the left side, and follow the prompts.

Home Banking Overview:

The Internet Home Banking site is designed to:

•Allow 24-hour member access to their individual account information, statements and disclosures.

•Allow members to download their account information for easier account reconciliation.

•Provide a secure means for members to send sensitive information to the credit union 24 hours per day.

•Provide an easy method for the credit union to communicate with online member/users.

First Time Log In
The first time you log into home banking, enter your account number on the first screen, then an e-mail address we can use to contact you on the next screen.  Your password for the initial log in is the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number.  You will be prompted to change this on your first log in.  Your new password must be alphanumeric, at least 6 characters long and include at least 2 numbers.  You will also need to set up a 'Confidence word' and answer security questions.

If you have any problems logging in, please contact us for assistance at (920) 424-3282.

Home Banking Update

ALL UW Oshkosh Credit Union members now have access to online banking!

E-statement sign-up is now available!  Simply log into Home Banking and click on the e-statement link on the left side.

  • Why choose e-statements?  You will get them faster, and it is more secure than traditional mailed statements.  Some of you may question the fact that they are safer than hard copy mailed statements, but consider this:

You need to be logged into your Home Banking account in order to see your statements, which is safe and secure.  Mailed statements lay in an unlocked mailbox and pass through many hands, and possibly eyes, before reaching you.

E-statements will be archived for 24 months starting with your first month's statement.

Other changes with Home Banking

There are big things happening with our home banking!  Did you know that you can now download transactions from the home banking site into your financial software such as Money or Quicken (version 2005 or newer)?  Next time you log on, check the options along the left side, and you will see there is a “Download” option.  Simply click on it, choose the accounts you want to download, the date range and the format for your software, and you’re on your way!

On July 14, 2006, we upgraded our home banking login procedures. The new procedures are designed to increase security and help insure that only you can access your personal information on this site.

Once the login upgrade is in place, you will be asked to set a 'Confidence Word', add your 'Email Address' and setup several 'Security Questions' that you will be able to choose.  Once you complete this procedure, you will be able to login with your account number and password on future visits. In addition, we will display your 'Confidence Word' during future visits when we ask you for your password. During future visits, if you do not see your secret word, you should not login since this would indicate a fraudulent site. You should contact us immediately if this ever happens.

The new login procedure will also make sure you are logging in from your own computer.  Most members login from the same computer each time they visit home banking.  However, if you use several PC's to access our home banking site, you will be required to enter your email address and answer your security questions each time you login for the first time from a different computer. You may also be challenged for this information if you get a new PC, get a new browser program or clear your cookies on your current PC.  As you can see, it is important that you remember the answers to your security questions.  We appreciate your patience and ask that you take a minute to setup your account on the new login system. Just follow the online instructions when you log in. As always, if you have questions or concerns, please let us know.
