Individual Therapy

Individual counseling provides the opportunity to explore your feelings and thoughts. We focus on finding the way to feeling good and functioning well through the counseling process.

The first time you come to the Counseling Center, you will fill out paperwork for us to get to know you a little better and to help us better understand how we may be able to assist you. You then meet with a counselor and together you develop a plan of how to meet your wellness goals, whatever they may be. It is important you feel comfortable with your counselor, so you can request a change in counselor if that is helpful to you.
