Case Management Services

Mission of Case Management

The mission of our Case Management program is to support students and staff with needs that arise and provide services that foster growth, development, and success by assisting with areas related to mental health, emotional well-being, and safety by providing outreach, resources, referrals, advocacy, and follow up services. We strive to provide quality referral information in a timely manner taking into account the individual needs of each client.

What We Help With:

  1. Basic needs (food pantries, medical insurance, shelter, etc)
  2. Counseling needs (if it is determined that the client needs therapy in the community appropriate referrals are made)
  3. Medical needs (referrals provided for doctors in the Oshkosh community or whatever area the client requests)
  4. Community Resources (support groups, domestic violence agencies, etc)

How To Make An Appointment?

Call the Counseling Center at (920) 424-2061 and request a case management appointment with the Case Manager, Leslie Wartgow.

Please be sure to bring your insurance card to the appointment to assist with a timely referral.

ADHD

The counseling Center no longer provides ADHD evaluations, so if you are in need of this, please request a case management appointment with the Case Manager, Leslie Wartgow.

For Faculty or Staff Members

If you are looking for a community provider, but unsure what your health insurance provides the case manager can assist you with this process. Call 920-424-2061 today and make an appointment.
