Application Process

The first step is to complete the application for admission to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

The application fee is $44. If you are a former UW Oshkosh student, no application fee is required; a re-entry application is sufficient.

There are three options to apply to UW Oshkosh:

  • Apply online — Contact Nancy Ahrens, program coordinator, if you decide on this option (ahrensn@uwosh.edu or (920) 323-4239).
  • Download application and follow instructions.
  • Contact an admissions office at UW Oshkosh, UW-Sheboygan or Manitowoc to have a paper application mailed to you.

After applying to the University, contact all institutions of higher education you have attended and have your official transcripts sent to:

If you have earned fewer than 30 credits, your high school transcript is also required.

Once a student is accepted at the University, an official transfer credit evaluation is available to the student online. When the student receives it, he/she should contact Dawn Arnold at arnoldd@uwosh.edu and ask for an evaluation for this nursing option.

Admission to UW Oshkosh allows you to be admitted to the Manitowoc/Sheboygan option for BSN completion.
