Application Process

1. Admission to UW Oshkosh to BSN@Home

Complete the application for admission to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and obtain an official transcript evaluation. Make arrangements to have official transcripts of your college course work sent to the Admissions Office, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. If you have less than 30 credits, your high school transcript is also required.

An admission application is necessary for the transcript evaluation. There is an application fee. If you were a UW Oshkosh student in the past, no application fee will be required; a re-entry application is sufficient.

2. Transcript Evaluation

A transcript evaluation is needed to plan your program of study. An official transcript evaluation will be done upon your admission to UW Oshkosh. A program plan can be made by contacting your regional advisor.

 

3. Admission to the BSN@Home Option

Admission to UW Oshkosh allows you to be admitted to the BSN@Home option for a baccalaureate degree in nursing, provided you have met the minimum GPA requirements. A demographic sheet must be completed so that you receive mailings from our central office in Madison. The demographic sheet is available online.
