Admissions Sequence
The admissions sequence for the Accelerated Online BSN Program is outlined below. It is recommended this section be read completely.
STEP #1 Sign into the Accelerated Online BSN Program Database
Individuals on the database will be notified by e-mail when the application to the Accelerated Online BSN Program (for the declared cohort) is posted on this website.

STEP #2 Apply To the University
Apply to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh using the link below. Students applying to the Accelerated Online BSN Program are designated as “Transfer students; Second undergraduate degree; Accelerated Nursing major; Term, “Spring” for May Cohort and “Fall” for October Cohort.
Please note: STEP #2 is an application for admission to the University; application to the Accelerated Online BSN Program is completed in hard copy and mailed to the Program Office. (See STEP #4 below).
STEP #3 Complete Prerequisite Coursework

For advising regarding prerequisite coursework, please contact the Accelerated Online BSN Program Advisor: Sue Clark BSN, RN at 920-424-7215 or ona@uwosh.edu.
Official transcript evaluation of previous coursework is completed by the UW Oshkosh Admissions Office upon admission to the University.
Please note that a Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA) is one of the admission prerequisites.

STEP #4 Apply to the Accelerated Online BSN Program
Application to the Accelerated Online BSN Program is “Cohort Specific.” The application is posted on this website approximately 8-10 weeks prior to the application deadline for a particular cohort (see link below). The application and all requested materials must be mailed to the Accelerated Online BSN Program Office, postmarked no later than the deadline designated on the application. All applications are reviewed for completeness and accuracy and then move through the admissions process as described on the Admissions Screening Page.
Applicants are notified of the Admissions Committee Decision 10-12 weeks after the application deadline.
