Research Center
The purpose of the Research Center is to assist faculty and students with research and grants. The center is operated by a director and five graduate assistants.
Graduate assistants, located in N/E 146 help graduate students with statistical analysis (SPSS X) of their data for thesis completion. Because graduate assistants are employed by the College of Nursing but paid by the Graduate School, their first priority is the graduate student. Faculty and undergraduate students may also receive assistance depending upon their time schedule and the demand for their services by graduate students.
N/E 144 is accessible to faculty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This room is equipped with 3 Pentium Compaq computers, a laser network printer and a color/laser printer. Students must set up an appointment with the graduate assistant in order to be admitted to this room. Appointments with the Director of Research and Grants and the graduate assistant are available to both students and faculty.
