BSN to DNP Program
The UW Oshkosh College of Nursing's 74 credit BSN to DNP program provides bachelor's degree-holding nurses with the opportunity to earn a Doctor in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialty. Graduates are eligible to sit for the FNP certification examination.
Our innovative program prepares graduates for the highest level of nursing practice by integrating courses in evidence-based practice, informatics, leadership, collaboration, and knowledge of systems and healthcare policy with specialized FNP practice education. The program culminates in an intensive FNP residency immersion and completion of a scholarly capstone project. A 3 year full-time and 5 year part-time plan of study are available.
