More workflow fun

This week progress on the Plone workflow Michael and I have been working on was pretty slow as we are nearing a completed project.  This week we implemented some automation to our workflow revolving around where each animal form is located depending on the state it is in.  Before this change, after a user filled out an animal form it would transition into a different state but remain where it was initially created, causing the 'animals waiting to be submitted' page to become cluttered with animals forms that look the same but are in different states in the workflow.  Now when a user creates a new animal form, after the required information is filled out and the user saves the form, the form is automatically moved to an 'up for adoption' folder that shows all the animal forms who's state is 'up for adoption'.  What's left to do now is implement the same thing but with an animal form that's going from being up for adoption to being adopted or vise versa.  After that, Michael and I will run through the workflow some more times and try to come up with ideas that may polish up our project.
