More About Meghan (in her own words)...

I was born and raised in Peoria, IL and moved to Wisconsin in 2010 when my husband, Tony, secured a position at UWO in Student Recreation.  We currently live in Oshkosh with our son John. During my graduate studies, I discovered my passion for teaching. I am so happy to be teaching at UWO and to be able to share my enthusiasm and knowledge with my students.  My interests include scrapbooking (when I have time!), rooting for my favorite teams (Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, and Iowa Hawkeyes), reading, learning more about other cultures, and trying to make my time on this Earth as fulfilling as possible.

"I have come to understand that life is composed of a series of coincidences. How we react to these---how we exercise what some refer to as free will---is everything; the choices we make within the boundaries of the twists of fate determine who we are." John M. Perkins

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter." Martin Luther King, Jr.

"We look forward to the time when the power of love will replace the love of power. Then will our world know the blessings of peace."  William E. Gladstone
